This one seems to need some modification
Not hard to install, but when done noticed that too much of the light fixture was sticking out above the glass globe. This is very unattractive. Bought 2 of them, am returning one. Will try to make the threaded pipe shorter so that the glass globe will fit closer to the motor and cover where the chain comes out. I have several Hunter fans and this is the first bad experience.Also, description does NOT state that the 60 watt bulbs are candelabra bases.

Great for thinner paneling
I used this bit set to remill the tongue and grooves on around 500 square feet of reclaimed cedar boards. As part of the reclaimation I had to plane the boards down to about 1/2" thick as well as saw off the old damaged tongue and grooves. This bit in an improvised router table did the job.My only gripe is that I wish there was a groove cutter that was sized between the thick and thin groove blades included.

Charming old-country look fan
So pleased with my new Hunter Charthouse Ceiling Fan, Textured Black. Very different looking, and it blends right in with my family room decor. I have never had a ceiling fan that was too quiet to hear it running, but this one is. I am so happy with my selection from Amazon. This fan would also look super in a porch area too.

High Output and Quiet
The fan was easy to install although some of the bolts were very tight. It looks great and there is very little wobble therefore it did not require re-balancing. I added an optional remote and some of the excess wire had to be trimmed to allow adequate space. I also purchased a matching light and a two foot down pole to go with this fan and it looks quite complete.

Outdoor Fan
I needed a fan that would withstand weather conditions and was sealed to prevent water damage. This Hunter Fan appears quite sturdy and well designed to handle various weather conditions. It is rated WET rather than DAMP, which is an important distinction for a fan that is fully exposed to weather conditions. So far, so good. We will see how it holds up in time.

Major Timesaver
This was product was better than I expected. It didn't look cheap, it's even prettier than the image display, and the time and mess it saved me was priceless. I needed to stage my home for sale and didnt want to paint everything. The majority of the house was already painted and clean so I opted for this product instead. I removed old wallpaper (floral stripes) and replaced it with the "Imperial" and WoW!, what a difference. Didn't bother with painting it since it was so beautiful (and since it's paintable, the new homeowners can paint it). I also used it in the bathroom since there was tile halfway up the wall. I used this product to paper the other half all the way to the ceiling. Thank you for making this product.

Tricky!
The two major problems I had with this product is getting it to stick, and matching the pattern; apparently due to stretching in the process. It's pretty important that the pattern line up, and with EVERY row we ran, it would match dandy for the first yard or two, then get more and more off, with no remedy or reason. VERY frustrating!The prepaste is there (it stuck to itself when I left an open roll in the MN humidity this summer and was destroyed), but far FAR from sufficient for holding to a ceiling(even with proper sizing/primer). We ended up using new paste, and liquid nails to get it to stay up.It is a brilliant concept, but I would only recommend it for experienced installers who can do it fast enough to avoid the stretching problem. It did cover a rather hidious ceiling and you have to actually "look" to see how bad it is at the seams, so it's still a win for me over all.
