This is essential if you want to change oil on your own Toyota 3.5L
Filter cartridge on Toyota 3.5liter 6cyl engine requires a cap wrench to replace the oil filter. I have two cars with this engine ('08 Toyota Avalon & '08 Toyota RAV4) and I have gone thru 4 locally purchased cap wrenches to do 7 oil changes. Some failed because the poorly spot-welded rachet wrench attachment shears off, and others had a problem where the socket cup slips because it is a little bit too big for the filter cartridge. This new socket wrench is tight on the cartridge and all connections are very solid - it's a good quality tool and I highly recommend it. Don't waste your time and money getting any of those other cheap Chinese-made sockets at local auto parts stores.

Exact fit for 2007 Toyota Sienna
This item fits perfectly on the cartridge filter housing of my 2007 Toyota Sienna...However the item's photo shown is wrong... This wrench is for 65mm only, and so is not as long as the one pictured. (i.e. no other mm dimension supported -this is a good thing because it would not work as pictured.)

I just receive this very same wrench for my 2009 Camry V-6. Had no problem with removing the cap for the first time. The size of the wrench is 65MM. If you went with a 64MM it would also fit. A 65MM gives you a little play in it. I can say its was build & should last the life of the car. I also have a 2009 Rav-4 ( 2.4 engine ) & it will also do that filter cap. Thanks to these reviews from this site. It will save you all time & money in knowing what fits what. So, buy this one here & you won't be sorry.

this service kit has the word "handy" written all over it. i had my plugs on my 95 corolla out in 15 minutes. the 11 inch long socket is the best, that's really the only one i use. and for the record, the magnets hold onto the plug VERY tight, no chance of falling out. highly recommended tool.

Awesome tools
For anyone changing spark plugs on later model engines with the deep access, these plug sockets and extensions are simply awesome. The magnets hold onto the plug with great tenacity (no chance of falling out) and the attached swivel which doesn't come apart from the socket are a tremendous idea. Anyone who has had the pleasure of the slightly worn socket and extension will know what I am talking about when the slightest bump dislodges the socket from the extension deep in that hole. I would highly recommend this set for the professional as well as the shade tree mechanic.

EXACTLY the right set of sockets!
These are perfect for installing the 16 plugs in my Jeep. The Hemi engine has deeply recessed plugs. The magnet inside these sockets does a great job of pulling up the old plug and holding the new ones. The three different sizes make it possible to get to all 16 of the plugs without having to remove anything else in the way. I strongly recommend these to anyone changing plugs on an engine with recessed spark plugs.

Awesome S-Belt Tool!
I researched probably 10 different brands of s-belt tools and finally decided to go for the Gear Wrench 3680 mainly because I wanted one with a ratcheting feature, case and sockets/crows foot. Plus this item was about mid-range with the cost and I didn't want to spend more than $50-60.The only complaint I have is that the red handled tool is actually a bit smaller than I would have liked, but once you add the ratcheting extension it's as long as any other s-belt tool I found.The sockets/adapters fit well and you shouldn't have a problem getting the tool into the tightest spaces.I would recommend this s-belt tool to anyone!***UPDATE***I've used this tool a bunch of times now and all I can say is "WOW"! Excellent tool...many uses...great price!

Best bang for your buck.
Why buy from matco when you can buy the same exact set for 1/2 the price and same quality. The sockets are strong and probably will never break. Comes in heavy duty case to store away. KD tools and gearwrench makes the best tools for the price. The only tools that are better are from Snap-On. But the quality here is great for the price.

Adequate for most jobs
It said GM in the description but the fit was poor and would not have worked if the bolt would have been tight. The case broke the first time I used it so now I use a stretch cord to hold it closed.

great price, remains to be seen
I had ratcheting wrenches 30+ yrs ago and never really used them because they were/are too thick/too large head. It always seemed when I tried I couldn't get the wrench on the bolt and if I could, a socket was much easier. Gear wrench has I think extracted about every improvement on a wrench possible. They now twist them to create another line of wrenches, the x-beam. THe theory is you push on the flat part of the wrench not the side/thin part. Does it matter much? I dont think so. I bought these because the price was right. I am not sure that the public would pay 50-60$ for a set of 5 wrenches just because they have this "twist". With all the gear wrench wrenches on such incredible discounts over the past two years, I hope they can survive when they cant sell these for 13$ a set. We will see. The heads are smaller than the old style ratcheting wrench, still bigger than a traditional box end wrench. So, with proper wrench technique, if you can get the box end on the...

This is an excellent kit.It provides everything you need to do drum brakes with ease and effectiveness. The tools are high quality, as is the molded plastic case.When learning to do drum brakes one ought to have a good tool kit like this, watch on-line videos that will give you general knowledge, and then read the service manual (I like Chiltons or Haynes) for vehicle specific directions. When you combine those knowledge tools with these physical tools you ought to be all set.The sales literature also markets this for disk brakes. I do not see why one would need the specialized tools in the this kit for most disk brake applications (a good C clamp and a good ratchet set ought to be all one needs for disks). However, having all these specialized tools (and the color coded tester for seeing if your disc brakes need to be replaced) really does help.In my opinion if one services their own drum brakes once with this excellent kit, one will...
