The size is 1/4" x 3 1/2", which means that if one cut the rubber band and unfolded it, the overall length would be 7". Approximate count is 425 and all the same size.I will reorder as needed.

Excellent product
Nothing fancy, this is simply a sturdy rubber band, pliably elastic, to simplify usage. It's a huge upgrade over the angel's hair/linguini bands I was using (and frequently cursing, when they disintegrated).Have dozens in use, but haven't had the year or so to determine durability. So far, excellent.

Good Quality...Free Shipping When Bundled
These are some of the best rubber bands I have ever used. They may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely a better quality than other similar variety packs I have bought locally. Just about all rubber bands seem of an ok quality when you first buy them. The real test comes over time as they become exposed to the air and they start to dry out and snap easily. I use rubber bands for a series of craft projects I dabble in and have experienced cheap ones in the past that snap all too often way too soon. These are of a nice quality that last a long time, and come in a nice variety that is sure to include just the size you are looking for. I highly recommend them, and, also recommend you buy the assorted color variety that makes finding and digging out just the size you want a far less frustrating experience over a bundle of natural color ones. These A&W rubber bands ship for free when bundled and are an overall good deal and quality...

After years of dating rubber band packages and throwing them away after 6 months I found the Alliance Brand. These little guys are phenominal. an I compared them to a "premium" band of the same size purchased recently from a major office equipment store. These stretch WAY WAY WAY further than the premium ones! I gave them quite a pull and they didn't break. I stretched one to the max over two wood screws. One week later they had plenty of spring and had not broken. These aren't even the "best" Alliance has to offer. I can't imagine anything better than these, but I'm going to order some today. No more $@#$%!^^# when the old bands would snap. No more wasted office supply expenses. I'm a happy camper. Just BUY them. You will not be disappointed.

Good Quality Rubber Bands
These are good quality rubber bands with a whole lot of sizes. A 1lb box will last me for a few years. The one thing I don't get is the "Ergonomically Correct" part - I can't tell any difference from most other rubber bands. Maybe it's a marketing ploy???? Anyway, they're a good product

Great rubber bands.
The guy with the video review pretty much says it all.I would like to note that these rubber bands are great for making a rubber band ball.They seem to have a good variety of sizes and thicknesses, and they are quite strong. I attached a photo showing some sizes and said rubber band ball sitting on a Reese's Peanut Butter cup for size comparison.
