Amazing!!
My husband ordered this for me for a birthday present, I absolutly love vw bus' and this one is super cute and durable.As I accidently dropped it; it didnt break not even scratch.I wish it came in other colors though, but the red it came in is a good vibrant color.I reccomend this windchime cutie to any hippie and vw lover!

My tween is THRILLED with this phone. It is the perfect complement to her newly redecorated groovy 60's bedroom. They knew they had a low horsepower engine and mainly gave it a standard transmission which is the most economical with no waste in fuel as there was no slippage or loss in horsepower as there is in the fully automatic transmissions of domestic cars. It is suited for low horsepower engines(but the pancake engines of the station wagon were slightly higher horsepower than the beetle. which just meant you had no clutch pedal, but you still had to shift from 1 to 2 to 3(letting off the gas in order to shift). Volkwagen never really made automatic.

We want to buy a Volkswagen Type II Bus, but want to know as much as we can before me buy. We live in Colorado and want to buy as local as possible and as cheap as possible because we’ll probably paint the bus as we go then auction it off for one of our charity groups. As far as mileage, it’ll get decent mileage if the engine is ok. One or two people in the group need to know the engine in and outs since its a finicky machine. A VW bus will struggle with 8 adult sized people riding in it. It won’t do air conditioning very well unless you have a really new model.
